Appreciation Letter

Dear Mr. Hay,

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the high calibre of dive training I have received from Atlantis Divers. I would be remiss not to write you personally and express how pleased I am with the services.

I personally consider it my pleasure to have received this quality training from Zane Frye (Wreck Diving, Search and Recovery, and Nitrox), Jim Byork (Underwater Photography) and most recently Jeff Berchtold (Equipment Specialist). These three instructors, undoubtedly chosen by you to represent Atlantis Divers on your behalf, are some of the most dedicated, enthusiastic, and professional individuals I have met in undergoing my scuba training. I firmly believe that each one strives toward providing the best quality service possible and sincerely interested in the safety of the student. Mr. Hay, you have much to be proud of in having these three men on your team!

In visiting Atlantis Divers over the last several months, I have found myself walking into a clean building, receiving a sincere and warm welcome from the staff, and immediate assistance in any and all questions I raised – no matter how simple the question! This noticeable professionalism, dedication, and thoughtful outreach from “everyone” was and is very impressive!

I live in Stafford county and as a member of the community, have personally volunteered well over four thousand hours working with various youth organizations and local community service organizations. As a Boy Scout Leader with Troop 840 and Staff Officer with the Quantico Young Marines, I am one who strongly believes in our youth and their training and instruction.

As a leader in the community, I would “without any reservation” recommend to any Boy Scout Troop, Young Marine unit, or any other youth group seeking quality scuba training to look to Atlantis Divers for their instruction!

Thank you again for providing, in both my personal and professional observations, unparalleled quality of service to the scuba diving community!

Sincerely,

Scott A. Wilander
